Fm5 series
Looking at getting a series together but what cars would people like and what days are good for everyone? All feedback is welcome as this is the first time I have attempted to run a series

Re: Fm5 series
no thursdays please.
cars wise , are we staying away form DLC?
is it a for fun series?
Viper GTS-R SRT Motorsport #9 these cars are quite easy to drive and should offer close racing.
or if its more for fun maybe try something silly like the transit van,lol

Re: Fm5 series
I'd be sure to talk to Kilroy. He was very helpful in helping me test the Vintage Trans Am series before shuttling off to FM5, and I am pretty sure he may have built a few cars in FM5.

Re: Fm5 series
Best way to get started is to keep it open to anyone who wants to race. Have a round or two of non-points race nights, call it test n tune or whatever, open to friends or even public. This could give you a full grid come the first actual race.

Re: Fm5 series
I like to get involved but I'm still waiting for my XB 1 to come back from repairs. I have not driven the last 2 car packs or the Nurburgring. An Interesting series 1930s GP. Or Formula Ford. The Spec cup Mazda MX5. The Vipers where good. Did not like the Minis Until Hurricane got them Tuned.

Re: Fm5 series
formula fords are dlc, why not just make a room and we can all test a few cars on track, maybe have a car each and a vote on the site, that way you cant be seen picking the car your best in,lol
(pick the one i'm best in) lol

Re: Fm5 series
what time zone are you guys, i think your australian aint you broom? i am BST just trying to think of a day and time that would suit all , if i can them matched properly i have the idea of either a tcc idea or gt, with dlc allowed but will be matched properly before the championship starts so everything is fair, assists will all be on you can run what you wish so that no one feels they are at a disadvantage, as soon as i can gauge interest i will get a full event list and build list up

Re: Fm5 series
Was it my Scottish accent that gave it away. Yeah I'm living in Australia GMT+8 But I have been seen up at 3am 8pm your time. I can only race those times on Friday and Saturday. This week I'm turning my attention to the 458 Italia and the 24 Heures du Mans.

Re: Fm5 series
Just a suggestion... let TORA, VM and CQR fight over TCC. Checking the car list at GameFAQS ( http://www.gamefaqs.com/xboxone/716325-forza-motorsport-5/faqs/68841 ) and I have an idea or two to try...
Sport Touring:
BMW 1M
Mazda RX8 R3
Hyundai Genesis
Subaru BRZ
Toyota GT86
Basics: RWD, Low HP Limit (based on stock HP of highest HP car on list), Sport Tires, All other handling upgrades, No Aero
Modern Muscle:
2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe
2012 Camaro ZL1
2012 Challenger SRT8
2012 Shelby GT500
Basics: 600HP, Race Tires and Aero, all handling upgrades (based on the MMTCC series in which I first met Broom, so he should be very familiar and helpful with the builds)
