That's my biggest gripe about the Insignia. The damn seat is way too low. I'll drive it though.

I'd rather not race, but if I need to I will run a stint or two. My daily commute is much like laps of the Ring, and this past week its been more like a three hour stint... pics to be posted soon. So, for me, two hours of driving through the forested hills is nothing special, give me a real proper raceway any day.

I'm hoping to see Paul, Chaddy, Kilroy and either Broom/Raven/myself/??? in the HR Allied Forces Vauxhall. And a solid finish in class could realistically send the car into a top ten spot in the final TEC standings, which would be a great finish as we didn't start this team until post-Sebring.

After rebuilding the Insignia to a more handling-orientated build, I'm very happy with the results. It has great cornering speed and there is very little oversteer. Maybe not the fastest build possible, but I feel confident that I could consistently hammer round the 'Ring in it. On my 3rd lap, I clocked an 8:24.899 (Clean!) And this is just the build, with no tune on. I might contact PLOW tubbi & see if he can work his magic on the car.

I feel a lot more confident with driving the Insignia now Cool

So we need a Saturday driver(s) really.

I'm guessing between Stint 6 & 7 there will be no double stinting allowed.

For the Silverstone 12 this car had paul and Broom and DTech. Hailfire wants to put DTech into the top HR car and Paul too ( if he is still In) If that works out then maybe we could get Erebus and Broom to cover the non-GMT stints. Its also likely that Hail might jump in this car too as his plan is to put those w/ top connection history in his top HR team, and those w/ potential lag in our HR Ax4x car.

Cool. I'll talk to Hailfire and let him know our driver availability. His end goal is to get both Vauxhalls into Top 10 TEC points with top car in TEC points getting top priority obviously. And the best way to ensure that is via best connection history in the top car and quick-but-laggy history in the second.

I'll drive anything. My connection is 100% stable since transferring to Fibre Optic broadband, I've never had a lag out or 'conflicting NAT settings'. So at the moment, me & Chaddy are the only ones confirmed in the HR Ax4x car.

Think it's a good idea for everyone to post this for themselves as it gives us a good idea of who can do what stints.

We actually have quite a driver pool...
Confirmed:
Kilroy
Chaddy
Paul
Erebus
Hailfire
Broom
DTech

Assumed (have driven the rest of the TEC and haven't declined as of yet)
Duke of Bruno
Red Dirt Bandit
JK Grizzle
Nick James 123
S1lentRaven

Should be easy to fill two cars and possibly a third entry with that roster Cool

I know that Mikey isn't keen on the 'Ring. And wants to avoid driving it if possible.
