TORA USGT

Hey guys! Want to get the ball rolling on here before anywhere else to be honest.

I am putting together a Porsche team, and this means I have two seats left. (Guess the design   )

I am sure Maranello Motorsport is putting a team together if I'm not mistaken?

Anyone else up for it because we did pretty well in EGT.

the might is because races will start at 5 am, and if qualifying is before then, then that's a bit much for me haha

I'll definitely be taking part in this. I'd like to drive an MM Ferrari but if the car doesn't suit me on the US tracks I'll go for another car.

Seriously......Why does it have to be sundays. American Motorsports takes place at the same times the races do. Why Not 8pm EST instead since it USGT.

Its 8pm BST because its mid day time for you and evening for us Brits and late evening for Euro guys. Basically its as best as it can be for the whole community if it was at 8pm EST or something rest of the world. (Excluding Brad) couldn't race as we all have work next morning.

That was no problem guys! Let me know if you need a hand with anything, (Not going to be much help with a porsche) But could get Hamish's one if he's cool with it!

Does anyone want to give the Guy Roofing Warpath Motorsports Corvette a run seeing as I cannot make the series.

Talk to Hailfire and Bruno... they did bloody well at Sebring in a Porsche. Not sure if either could commit to a full season, but either one would make a good third teammate.

Seeing as the 458 was great at Sebring, and supposedly even better at LeMans, I see no reason for it not to be rather epic at Road America and Road Atlanta as well.

It's good at Rd America (but that'll suit the vette more)
Rd Atlanta is really stable and quick
Indy is great and Infineon is a good track too because of how the track is layed out, vette will probably stuggle there

458 is fun at Le Mans but better at Sebring compared to everything else, still a good car though

When I drove the F458 at Lemans last year it was probably one of the best 12hrs of racing I have had on TORA, the car is really easy once its tuned to get into a rhythm with and attack and always feels like it can give more which is more than I can say for another GT car I've driven recently.   

I looked at The Schedule and because frankly NASCAR is a higher priority for me than USGT, I will only be able to make Rounds 1, 2, 5, and 6.

That being said, does anyone want to run a team in the Guy Roofing Corvette.

I have to question why there are races in Japan when it's an American series. Also Road America isn't on the schedule. I will probably go privateer for this because I'm going to miss a few rounds due to being on holiday.

If it's ok with everyone I'm going to run privateer in the Merc. Erebus can you send me over an Erebus Motorsport paint?

We really liked the idea of adding Suzuka and Motegi but felt the name should stay US GT as the main theme is American tracks.

Why no Road America though? It's one of my favourite tracks.

We cant put in everything when we only have a select amount of round to fill a calendar.
